There was a man living in uyoma who owned a donkey as his only
possession and used the beast to transport goods in Aram market.he used
to get his daily bread from this trade on every market day and he was
satisfied wit the little that he made.
one day his donkey made for him a lot of money and he decided to give it a treat.so after his job he took his donkey to Avery fertile field grazed and after grazing decided to give his donkey honey instead of water to drink because he thought that was the best way to show his appreciation to the beast of the burden for having made for him good money.surprisingly enough the donkey drunk all the honey in the basin he gave it and this made him very happy as he was going to enjoy the fruits of his sweat with friends at a local den and bought people drinks generously telling them what he had done to his donkey as a treat and he was praised by everybody for his generosity.
The next day he woke up and realized that he had spent all what he made and had no option than to wake up and hustle for the days bread. It was his routine to give his donkey bucketful of water before setting off to work but on that material day the donkey refused to drink water but he assumed that it was cold and maybe because it had drunk honey the previous day wasn't thirsty yet. he went to work and did quite well.on his return home he realized that the donkey didn't drink in the morning and he gave it water and still it refused.this continued for days when his donkey could not drink water anymore until it died of thirst.it had been introduced to something it was not used to and found it very sweet that it couldn't take water anymore and only wanted honey which his master could not provide everyday and died
